Published: Sep 29,2018

To commemorate the end of the Great War, the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) is partnering with Fundación Aequalis (Venezuela) to perform Nada Te Turbe by Carlos Alberto Cordero, the winning composition of the 2018 International Choral Composition Competition “Alberto Grau”. As a statement of global peace and unity, Sections I and III will be performed by individual singers from around the world. Section II will be performed by choral ensembles from countries directly impacted by the war. The virtual performance will be released on December 7, 2018, in connection with the celebration of World Choral Day. Singers interested in participating in this global event must submit individual recordings by October 7, 2018. For more information, visit VoxPopuli Virtual Choir.
