The Arbeitskreis Musik in der Jugend (AMJ), a German national music organization for the youth, just rejoined IFCM. Together with the French association A Coeur Joie France, they formed the driving forces towards international cooperation in amateur music after WWII. Both associations were the main founders of the European Choral Association — Europa Cantat. It’s a great honor for IFCM to welcome AMJ again in our international network.
The Arbeitskreis Musik in der Jugend (AMJ) will organize its 20th EUROTREFF Festival, a festival for youth choirs in Wolfenbuettel, Germany, from 8-12 September 2021. Register before December 15, 2020.
Official magazine of the International Federation for Choral Music, the International Choral Magazine is published quarterly in the four official languages of IFCM: English, French, German and Spanish. It is distributed in more than 80 countries on the five continents and is the official voice of choral music around the world.
