Conductors without Borders (CWB) is one of the most significant projects of IFCM. For the past 13 years, CWB has organized many professional development events in parts of the world where choral music education is still not available to everyone. There have been successful sessions in Africa and Latin & Central America.
Following a review of the CWB project in early 2020, the IFCM board approved a new, improved structure which will expand CWB even more. The new structure provides a mechanism through which anyone can apply to organize a CWB project in their country and can even become one of the conductors.
If you are an organization, choir, cultural institution, or conductor and your country fulfills the following criteria, please consider applying for the CWB project:

Application Process for organizers or session leaders
o Download and complete the Questionnaire for Organizing a Mentoring Program CWB and send it back to manager@ifcm.net.
o If you are a choral conductor and wish to apply to be a session leader in a CWB project, download and complete this application form and send it back to manager@ifcm.net.
