The second AFRICA CANTAT festival, organized in Yaoundé, Cameroon, from 1-6 August 2023, will welcome renowned conductors from all over the world to conduct seven ateliers for young singers and adults as well as a Junior Space for children and teenagers organized with the Academy of “Les Amis du Chœur Madrigal du Cameroun.” The diversity of the world's choral repertoires will be celebrated. AFRICA CANTAT will be an exciting musical adventure for all ages. At the crossroads of the world’s diversity of cultural areas, repertoire, and choral practices, this 5-day event includes three hours of rehearsals in the morning and a public concert at the end.
