Following the success of the YOUNG program during the World Choral EXPO 2022 in Lisbon and Oeiras, Portugal, IFCM, together with the WSCM 2023 team, has organized a second YOUNG programme in the frame of WSCM 2023. The call was launched at the end of 2022, and 45 applications were received from candidates in 26 countries around the world. We are happy to present the ten selected 2023 YOUNG individuals: Monika Grigaitytė (Lithuania), Sizwe Mondlane (South Africa), Anne Charlotte Parchaso Copiaco (Philippines), Jaime João Reis Casal (Portugal), Kwankaew Ruangtrakool (Thailand), Urša Šega (Slovenia), Brydon Sundgren (New Zealand), Viktória Széchy (Hungary), Sofía Torres Valenzuela (Chile), and Reece Windjack (USA). You will meet these YOUNG cultural managers in İstanbul in April. Together with IFCM and WSCM 2023 teams, the YOUNG participants will be happy to be of service to you, answer your questions, and welcome you in their respective assigned departments.
