The idea of creating an IFCM Youth Committee came after a successful program for young choral and cultural managers at the World Choral EXPO in 2022. Noticing the interest of these young participants for IFCM and recognizing the benefits that IFCM could gain from their feedback and vision, the IFCM Board of Directors decided to establish a YOUNG IFCM - youth committee. A call for YOUNG IFCM for the term 2023-2026 was launched in May/June. IFCM received 24 applicants from all over the world. The selection was a real challenge as all applicants showed exceptional talent, leadership skills, and a true passion for choral music. We are happy to present the very first YOUNG IFCM members:

Official magazine of the International Federation for Choral Music, the International Choral Magazine is published quarterly in the four official languages of IFCM: English, French, German and Spanish. It is distributed in more than 80 countries on the five continents and is the official voice of choral music around the world.
