The International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) is an organization that largely operates thanks to the volunteer time of all its board members and collaborators. Board members serve three-year terms with limited re-elections, and staff positions are reviewed based on the mission, vision, and needs of the organization. This process is an institutional one, is overseen by the board of directors, and is driven by the board’s commitment to its role as stewards of the organization.
